Riverside Walk with Stephen Rutt

Join Adam Murphy of Nith Life and award-winning nature writer Stephen Rutt for a guided sunset walk, looking with readings along the River Nith. Discover Dumfries’s urban wildlife, learn more about rivers and hopefully a skein or two of geese passing over.
About Stephen Rutt
Stephen Rutt is an award-winning author of three books about nature and landscape. He won the Saltire Society’s first book award for his debut work, The Seafarers and was listed in The Times books of the year for 2019 with his follow up, Wintering. His most recent work, The Eternal Season, was about the changing nature of summer wildlife. He lives in Dumfries with his wife, toddler and cat.
